Future Framvöllur Úlfarsárdal

The FRAM sports center in Úlfarsárdalur will without a doubt be one of the most magnificent sports facilities ever built in Reykjavík and will undoubtedly keep a close eye on FRAM’s activities for at least the next few decades.

The FRAM multi-purpose sports facility includes a multi-purpose sports hall where it is possible to have two full-size, transverse handball courts, with fixed spectator facilities for the main stadium as well as spectator facilities for games across the building. The building will have twelve changing rooms, three smaller gyms such as for taekwondoo, the public department and the club’s strength training. Social and service facilities are for staff, coaches and members as well as a meeting room, meeting facilities, shop, services, equipment storage, storage, etc.

The FRAM multi-purpose facility is expected to be completed in May 2022.
FRAM’s main stadium, meets all the requirements of KSÍ’s licensing system for facilities for competition in the top division in football with a spectator booth under the same roof as multi-purpose sports facilities, with the other long side of the stadium, spectator areas are expected in the future. The stadium is expected to be ready in May 2022.
