The UEFA Europa League (UEL) is an annual football club competition for eligible European football clubs. It is the second-tier competition of European club football, ranking below the UEFA Champions League and above the UEFA Europa Conference League. Clubs qualify for the competition based on their performance in their national leagues and cup competitions. A total of 32 teams will compete in the group stage. Bodø/Glimt, Nantes, Union Berlin and Union Saint-Gilloise will make their debut appearances in the Europa League group stage. A total of 23 national associations are represented in the group stage.
